Fahsa

Fahsa (Arabic فحسة‎) is a Yemeni stew. It is made of Lamb or Chicken cutlets with lamb broth. Spices and Hilba (a dip made with Fenugreek) are added after cooking. Best eaten with hot Arabic bread and/or Rice. It is cooked on  very high fire in a very hot clay, served bubbling hot.
